Issued of an Eastern European family, the destiny of Peter Takacs, Chef owner of Buzz Catering Counter starts as soon as he lands in North America and decides to add to his European training by enlisting at the Culinary Institute of America. Afterwards, he settles in Montreal and works as Food Service Manager for large corporations.

Normand Rousseau heads a Special Event Management firm. He creates unusual product launches, memorable incentive weekends and out of this world parties.The importance of good food and excellent service are part of his daily life.
